Beginnings
He entered the University of Miami where he was finally able to begin to develop his great desire for cinema. It wasn’t until 2004 that he was part of his first project as the first assistant director on the film “Hello Earthlings”. This is a comedy, in which a man seeks to reunite with her wife, whom he is convinced has been abducted by aliens.
In 2009, Kyle managed to direct his film “Easier with Practice”, in which he is also in charge of the technical script with the help of Davy Rothbart. A writer decides to embark on a road trip with his younger brother to promote his unpublished novel. A random call from a mysterious woman makes him start an intimate relationship at a distance and finally confront not only her but himself as well. In 2012 he participated in the film The Rub as a recording editor.

Kyle finally finds a big hit with his new comedy-drama COG, not only because of its bittersweet but comedic content, in which a cocky young man travels to Oregon to get away from his life and work apple picking but also because of its great cast.
In January 2015, Kyle surprised again with another great success. Tim Talbott again directed and wrote the Stanford Prison Experiment, in which twenty men between the ages of twenty-four and sixty-five are randomly assigned roles as inmates and guards in a basement-based simulated prison. The main cast includes Ezra Miller, Tye Sheridan, and Billy Crudup, among others.
